COLDSTORE technology is designed specifically for video surveillance recording. SFS and LAID significantly increase hard disk reliability and extend their useful life to many years, with low TCO. The 2U 8-bay model has a very low power consumption of 40W, but has up to 160TB storage capacity.
Designed For Video
COLDSTORE 2U 8
Third-party NVRs write to COLDSTORE 2U across the network. Multiple recorders can write to a single COLDSTORE, or one recorder can write to multiple COLDSTOREs. In principle, individual video streams can be routed to any COLDSTORE as required under the control of the recording system.
